Great budget option for exploring Osaka. The location was great for getting around the city. Food and active nightlife are a quick walk away as well as a major train station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Automatic kiosks make checkin and check out easy. Hotel breakfast was delicious and there was free coffee and matcha in the afternoon/evening. Great option for travelers in a group.

For the most part everything was good! The smoking area near the hotel was convenient. I also liked the cigarette vending machine.

Hotel is located in quiet area. Great location, close to Osaka station and to Umeda with a lot of restaurants. Room was nice and clean. Self check-in service available.

Very worth the price, room cleaning is great, heater and air conditioning works well, not too far from the train station, easily reachable through an underground mall.

Great location, nice free drinks machine downstairs. (My favourite was the matcha latte.)

Comfortable bed. The staff was nice. The room was old, but had everything you need and had a new toilet. For the price, i really cant complaint.
